Greetwell Purchasing Solutions joins East Midlands Care

East Midlands care sector boosted by new partnership between Greetwell Purchasing Solutions and EMCARE

Lincolnshire based procurement specialists Greetwell Purchasing Solutions has been
named as a commercial partner by East Midlands Care (EMCARE) to boost their
support for the care sector across the region.

Greetwell offers EMCARE members the chance to save money on their current food
suppliers, including ambient, frozen and chilled food.

As a self-funded procurement specialist, Greetwell helps care homes maximise
savings across food service categories. The team offers a free comparison service,
reviewing current supplier bases before proposing money saving solutions and
ongoing support to implement change.

Steve Gibson, director at Greetwell Purchasing Solutions said: “We’re proud to have
been chosen to become a commercial partner to EMCARE. The team does incredible
work to support care homes in the area, and this aligns perfectly with Greetwell’s
aims and objectives.

“Care homes are facing a number of challenges at the moment, so we’re keen to
help as many senior living facilities as possible to save on their food suppliers so they
can budget effectively. Our service is free, and can help save time and money for
care home management.”

EMCARE works closely with its commercial partners to provide its members with
expertise and great deals to help them save money. Its other partners include legal
services Shakespeare Martineua and Howes Percival LLP, energy supplier Zenergi
and specialist VAT services VAT Solutions.

Harj Nanuwa, Chairman at EMCARE said: “We’re so pleased to have added Greetwell
to our list of commercial partners. Promoting a high standard of care for care homes
across Leicester City, Leicestershire and Rutland is at the heart of our work, so it’s
important that our partners embody this ethos.

“We understand that Greetwell has worked to support care homes across the UK to
ensure they are working with the very best suppliers that suit their needs, budgets
and residents so we’re confident that our members will really benefit from their
advice and support – particularly during these difficult times.”
