We left the office and had a day of learning
At the Think Tank, we spent a day last week at a Carbon Literacy Training course! We are always looking for ways to improve our knowledge of sustainability and explore what we can do to have a positive impact on the planet! It was an insightful day and we left with some new ideas on how we can make changes as a team and individuals! Stay tuned as we put our learnings into action!
Our recent news article highlights that food costs are set increase in the latter half of the year. With the good weather upon us, it’s the perfect time to bring activities outside! Why not make the most of the sunshine by incorporating these fun food themed days into your menus and events? 🍽️
April 1st: April Fools Day – Try and serve prank foods like candy pizza that looks real but is made of cookies and frosting or a glass of squash that is actually jelly.
April 7: World Health Day – Feature a healthy, nutrient-rich menu with fresh fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains.
April 20: Easter Sunday – Organise an Easter lunch with roast lamb, hot cross buns, and chocolate treats.
April 21: National Tea Day – Host a traditional afternoon tea with biscuits, cakes, and a selection of teas.
April 22: Earth Day – Try highlighting sustainable eating and serve vegetarian or vegan dishes.
